This is a hands-on, interactive workshop for anyone that's new to Ruby on Rails.
We strip down the Rails framework down to its essentials. In two short days you'll be up and running with Rails 2.0.
No yawn-filled, PowerPoint bullet-watching. We employ a refreshing mix of live coding demonstrations, graphical explanations, hands-on examples, and silly jokes to make sure that you understand everything you need to know to start working with Rails. You'll go home with real Rails skills, not hoping you will "really figure it out" once you leave.
We run our classes the way they we would want to attend them. We were once .NET developers, and we know that learning a new technology can be intimidating. So class sizes are kept small to ensure the best experience for everyone.
